We stayed 4 nights here, though it was a lovely experience. The location was indeed incredible, near the main square and Bar Smak. Also, it was based very close to the old town😀😃

Staffs are great. It has marvellous and particularly good setting close to all amenities.

All the rooms were a decent size for a sofa or lounge area. It was located in a crowded area just off restaurants, pubs and tram & bus stop, pubs, and centre of Cracow- perfect spot for sideseeing,.

Loved the spacious apartment with high ceilings and a cozy fireplace. The breakfast options were delightful, especially the Italian one. Parking available, but good luck finding a spot.

Ventilation system outside sounded like a concert. Perfect background noise for a good night's sleep!

A lovely base for sightseeing in Krakow. Great and lovely staff, and the best hostess ever. Perfectly clean and reasonably large rooms with balkony and a sofa or lounge area plus a well equipped kitchenette, hypoallergenic pillows. A hair dryer, a walk-in shower and bath sheets available. Minimalistic decor. Great value, no complaints whatsoever...

The terrace was the highlight for us. Kitchen was useful, stocked with enough for 4 people and had free tea and coffee! Quite room and really amazing location, 5 minutes from the main square - ideal.

The wifi was poor sometimes, but still useable. The description stated, double bed, one single bed and a sofa bed, it was two sofa beds and a double so not advertised correctly.

The location here is amazing, very close to everything you could need.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent and the room was cozy, clean, and modern. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center and easily accessible by public transportation. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early.

Menu for breakfast could be improved with more variety or options.

We had a wonderful stay at a conveniently located apartment just minutes away from the main square. The kitchen was well-equipped and the extra blankets provided were a nice touch. Despite a small issue with the shower drainage, it was quickly resolved by the staff. The secure code access and doorman added to our peace of mind. The apartment truly felt like a home away from home.

Jaw-dropping high ceilings and floor to ceiling doors that filled the apartment with light. Perfectly equipped bathroom with ample towels and facilities. Comfy bed for a great night's sleep. Convenient kitchenette with fridge. Air-con for a pleasant stay. Excellent communication with hosts. Early check-in accommodated.

Our four, night stay at the apartments was exceptional. the location was ideal for sightseeing in the old town, just outside the busy area but only a 5, minute walk to the market square. the support from the staff was great, with a rapid response to our hot water issue , a brand new boiler was installed while we were out and about. the Milano apartment itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. the kitchen was useful and well, stocked, and the code access made it convenient for our group. the place felt secure and there was a doorman at night.

A fantastic stay at Avanti Palazzo. Cons: Nothing to dislike.
